Is a nongovernmental, nonpolitical and nonprofit organization; a minimarshal in Green Energy, using european funds.

We are representatives of civil society and we are concerned about CO2 emissions, green energy and climate issues.

We have in our asociation several local mayors from across the political spectrum, which have made our concerns:

• concern for the poor absorption of EU funds,
• current political class inability to generate large projects that have as target a big part of the population as beneficiary,
• superficiality of the political class, which seems rather concerned about their own pockets and how to hide their enrichment "overnight",
• recent flooding problems,
• lack of national development programs to create jobs in rural areas, to bring stability and educational conditions of Roma,
• rural world issues, stuck in self-consumption and production for subsistence.

This project of civil society, protect public money of the entire rural and urban communities in the long run of "smart guys" in the energy business.

Confident in the strength and accuracy of the European administration, convinced that the benefits of integration should be felt by as many citizens as possible, the strength and transparency of the capital market, we have prepared this alternative project for the Romanian villages.

Before you ask for money, we will ask for advices: "How to succeed?" How not to make mistakes?". Only then we can start to work.

We guarantee that at least 50% of jobs created by this project will addresed to the rural world, 10% for the disadvantaged Roma population, of which half are in prison for theft (to ensure their daily existence).

Our motto is:

If you have to be economical with the family money, you have to be stingy with the comunity funds, to succed

If a favorable response, our first concern will be to have a representative of OLAF with us from the first day of the project.

Our association supports the Romanian village with projects focused on providing clean energy with environmental friendly and modern techniques. In rural areas there are many locations with wind, solar or hydrology potential. Our goal is to find these areas and with local authorities to develop these projects.

Established two years ago, our association has already obtained the support of several local leaders, willing to provide land suitable for development projects. However, we still look for people with vision and desire to build a healthier future for themselves and their descendants.
