Beneficiary

From this project will benefit all rural communities in Romania, all units of education and health in cities, which are financed by the local town councils, through the AOR. There will also be protected all the flooding areas of rivers Somesul Mare, Tisa, Moldova, Mures, Tarnave, Prahova, Buzau, Putna, Milcov trough a hydraulic and hydropower system capable of transporting important quantities of water in parallel with producing energy, following the east-west and south-central highway routes.

In case of drought, rural agricultural associations will be assisted with necessary water by pumping or from the large water accumulations, through ACOR.

Production surplus, at the school proposal, can be shared also to the social assisted families or nomadic Rromi who decide to finally establish in rural areas and send children to school regularly, in programs and partnerships with their professional, cultural or ethnic associations. All construction sight in rural areas after completion of investment will be used to stabilize the nomadic rromi who decide to remain permanently in rural areas and accept sending children to school regularly, in a program that, eventually, may be fulfilled receiving a permanent social housing.

All rural areas of Romania will receive green energy for all public institutions funded by the community and socially assisted persons. All educational institutions and health subordinated town councils will receive green energy through the AOR.

In case of drought, rural agricultural associations will be assisted with necessary water pumping.
